Services

Optimized Website Tech provides website design, development, performance optimization, e-commerce, SEO, and related digital services. All project scopes and deliverables are defined in executed service agreements or project proposals.

Payment Terms

Project fees are outlined in individual proposals. Standard terms require a 50% deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. Monthly retainer and maintenance plans are billed in advance on the 1st of each month.

Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, clients receive full ownership of custom-designed assets created for their project. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, and required materials (content, images, credentials) needed to complete the project. Delays caused by late client input may affect project timelines.

Revisions & Scope Changes

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds. Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the agreed proposal are billed at our standard hourly rate.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for lost revenue, indirect damages, or consequential losses.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Dallas County, Texas.
