What services do you offer?

Do you only work with WordPress?
WordPress and WooCommerce are our primary platforms — we’ve built expertise there over 8+ years. For clients who need custom applications or other CMS platforms, we can advise on scope and in some cases refer trusted specialists.
Can you work on an existing site, or only new builds?
Both. We redesign, optimize, and maintain existing WordPress sites regularly. We’ll audit your current site first so you know exactly what’s worth keeping and what needs to change.
Do you offer e-commerce development?
Yes — WooCommerce e-commerce is one of our core specialties. We handle full builds, payment gateway integration (Stripe, PayPal), product catalog setup, and performance optimization for stores of any size.
How does a project typically start?
It starts with a free 30-minute discovery call. We learn about your goals, current situation, and timeline. From there we provide a detailed proposal with fixed pricing within 48 hours.
How long does a website build take?
A 5-page Starter Site takes 3-4 weeks. A 10-15 page Business Site takes 5-7 weeks. Enterprise or complex builds vary — we’ll give you a specific timeline in your proposal based on scope.
Will I be able to update my website myself after launch?
Yes. We build on WordPress specifically because it’s easy for non-technical owners to manage. We also provide a walkthrough training session after every project so you feel confident making basic updates.
Do you offer rush delivery?
In some cases, yes — depending on current project load. Rush timelines incur an additional fee. Mention your timeline urgency during the discovery call and we’ll be upfront about whether we can accommodate it.
How do you price your projects?
We use fixed-fee pricing for all project work. You know the full cost before we start — no hourly surprises. Pricing is based on scope, complexity, and timeline. See our Pricing page for standard ranges.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — we require a 50% deposit to schedule and begin work, with the remaining 50% due at launch. For larger projects, we can structure milestone-based payment schedules.
Are there any ongoing costs after the project is done?
Your website will need hosting, a domain, and periodic maintenance to stay secure and updated. We offer monthly maintenance plans starting at $99/mo that cover all of this. We’ll give you a full picture of ongoing costs in your proposal.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
All projects include a post-launch support period (30-90 days depending on plan). During this time, we fix any bugs or issues at no extra charge. After the support period, maintenance plan clients get ongoing support included.
Do I need a maintenance plan?
It’s not required, but strongly recommended. WordPress sites that aren’t regularly updated are vulnerable to security issues and performance degradation. Our maintenance plans are designed to prevent problems before they happen.
