Questions
Is hosting included?
No. You keep your own hosting; the plan covers maintenance, monitoring and support on top of it. We are happy to recommend hosting if you want to change.
What counts as a content edit?
Anything that takes us up to an hour a month in total: swapping images, updating text, adding a team member, formatting a post you wrote. Design changes and new pages are quoted separately or covered by Website Concierge.
What if my site gets hacked?
Clean-up is included. We restore from backup, remove malware, patch the entry point and report what happened.
How do I cancel?
Any time, from the link in your Stripe receipt or by emailing us. The plan ends at the close of the current billing month.
