Questions
What happens if I need more than 3 hours?
You can pre-approve additional time at $125/hour, or we schedule the work into the following month. Larger projects can be scoped as a fixed-price sprint.
Do hours roll over?
Unused hours roll over one month, so you can bank up to 6 hours for a bigger change.
Can I switch between Care Plan and Concierge?
Yes, either direction, at the start of any billing month.
How do I cancel?
Any time from your Stripe receipt or by emailing us; the plan ends at the close of the current billing month.
Just need maintenance? The Website Care Plan ($197/mo) covers updates, backups and monitoring.
