Written proposal
Fixed scope, deliverables, timeline and price. You approve before any work starts.
Deposit & kickoff
The $2,500 deposit secures your start date and is credited to the total. Design and build happen on staging with weekly walkthroughs.
Launch & handover
Full QA, accessibility and performance checks, DNS/SSL cutover, documentation and 30 days of post-launch support.

Questions
Is the deposit refundable?
If we cannot agree a scope after the call, the deposit is refunded in full. Once a proposal is signed it is credited against the engagement total.
Do you work with our in-house team or existing agency?
Yes. We are an independent studio and many engagements are collaborative — we can lead the build, deliver a defined piece of it, or enable your team with a documented workflow.
What platform do you build on?
WordPress, with Divi or block-based templates depending on your team's editing needs, and WooCommerce for commerce. We do not lock you into proprietary systems.
How long does a project take?
Starter builds typically run 4–6 weeks from kickoff; business builds 8–12 weeks; platform engagements are scheduled in the proposal.
What happens after launch?
30 days of support is included. After that, most clients move to a maintenance plan or the Managed IT Services Package.
