Baseline audit
We run the full 12-point WP-CLI health check and PageSpeed baseline on day one and share the results.
Stabilise
Backups, monitoring and security hardening go live in the first week. Critical updates are applied immediately.
Maintain
Weekly update cycles, monthly report, and a standing support channel from week two onward.
Improve
Each month's report includes prioritised recommendations; included hours are used to knock them out.
Questions
Is this the same as your Website Maintenance Plans?
The Managed IT package goes further: it covers the hosting/PHP stack, object caching, monitoring dashboards, account and access audits, and includes engineering time each month. Maintenance plans focus on updates and backups only.
What if my site is on a host you don't manage?
We work on any host that provides SSH or SFTP access. If WP-CLI isn't available we install a portable copy or work through a secure fallback.
What counts as an included fix?
Plugin conflicts, small layout fixes, form problems, DNS/email records, performance tweaks — anything under roughly two hours of work per month. Larger projects are quoted separately.
Do you need admin access?
Yes — a dedicated administrator account plus server (SSH/SFTP) access. We document every credential we hold and remove it if you cancel.
Can I cancel?
Any time from your Stripe receipt or by emailing us. Service continues through the end of the billing period.
