Deposit & kickoff
The $1,500 deposit secures your start date and is credited to the total.

Weekly check-ins, a final readout, and documentation your team can run with.
Questions
Is the deposit refundable?
If we can't agree a scope after the call, the deposit is refunded in full. Once a proposal is signed it is credited against the engagement.
Do you work with in-house teams and other agencies?
Yes — most engagements are collaborative. We lead the technical plan and either deliver it or enable your team to.
Can this roll into ongoing support?
Yes. Many clients continue on the Managed IT Services Package or a retained Fractional IT Lead arrangement after the engagement.
